Onboarding
+ After your inquiry, we will schedule a discovery call to talk about your business, goals, ideal client, problems, needs/wants, etc.
If you choose to book with me, you will receive a custom proposal, contract and invoice. A 25% retainer is required before the project can begin. We then schedule your upcoming strategy call.
brand strategy
+ During this phase, we will hop on a 1:1 strategy call to dive in to your business, obstacles and solutions that I can provide for you. A creative design presentation (mood board, inspiration and design goals) is then sent to ensure we are on the same page. The creative design concept must be approved by you before the design can begin.
Brand presentation & fine tuning
+ The complete brand concept (color palette, typography, logo suite, etc.) is then created using the One Concept Method and presented to you via a pre-recorded Loom video. You will also receive the brand presentation in PDF form for review.
Any revisions that need completed are done in this phase. Up to 3 rounds of revisions are available. If any collateral is needed (business cards, packaging, etc.) these are ordered during this phase, as well.
website design
+ After your entire brand suite has been created and approved, we will begin working on the website design process. The website design process usually takes 6-8 weeks and will require back and forth communication and honest feedback before moving on to each new step. Updates will be sent to you often throughout this process.
launch
+ Once everything is approved, the logo files and website are finalized. A Brand Guidelines PDF is sent, and you will be given access to your brand assets via Google Drive. Your website is transferred to you during this phase, as well. You will have access to me for 30 days after launch, for any website or branding needs.

How much is a brand & web design package?
How do I make payments?
+ Invoices are paid via Honeybook
*A 25% non-refundable retainer is due prior to the start of the project
Are payment plans offered?
+ Yes! After your retainer is paid payments can be broken up into 3 monthly payments, if needed.
Do I get a refund if I decide to cancel the project?
+ The initial retainer is non-refundable, however if you are not happy with your project and we cannot come to a mutual agreement prior to transfer, you will be refunded for the completed portions. Once your brand transfer has been complete, however, refunds will no longer be offered.
